Call for papers

Requirement and guidance for submitting papers

Prepare Papers

Please submit abstracts of your papers no later than 16 February 2024. The abstract should reflect the content of the paper and contain a maximum of 250 words. The abstract is expected to be submitted in full via the form on the EasyChair platform: After registering (signing in), please select: “enter as an author”and fill out the requested fields (author, title, abstract, key words; click to select your contribution type – original scientific paper or poster presentation). Then click on submit(at this stage, you should not upload any files yet).

Revise Papers

Papers will be reviewed by editors to provide you with feedback. Based on the feedback, you will be invited to submit your paper. Please, organize your paper according to the following instructions:

Instructions for writing papers are published in Template for papers (scientific), or Template for professional papers (Slovenian) the length of the contribution may not exceed 10 pages.


Upon revision of your abstracts, you will be invited to submit your full papers.

Papers are submitted in electronic form at EasyChair Smart CFP.

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.
